This event is organized as part of No Elevators Day to raise awareness about the importance of physical activity in daily life. Students and staff at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Letters and residents of Şems Ana Girls’ Dormitory will be encouraged to use stairs instead of elevators throughout the day. Informative posters will be placed, and participants will be motivated with fun activities to promote movement.
