In conjunction with No Elevators Day, we partner with Petaling Jaya City Council to have the towerrunning workshop conducted by Soh Wai Ching, the Towerrunning World Champion from 3pm to 7pm at MBPJ Tower. At 3pm, we will have about 30 students to attend the session. At 5pm, our regular weekly training session, we will have around 30 pax of participants joining us too.

No Elevators Day is an initiative of the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) as part of the NowWeMOVE Campaign.

All activities under the No Elevators Day title are voluntary and should take into consideration accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and medical conditions.
